The Common Position of Groups Jointly Fighting to End Military Dictatorship and Build a Federal Democratic Union was issued on January 31, 2024.

Referred to as either the K3C-NUG statement or the K2C-NUG statement, the position mainly involves the National Unity Government, the Chin National Front, the Karen National Union and the Karenni National Progressive Party. Some sources say the Kachin Independence Organization is included, but there are also denials that it is directly involved.

It covers drafting and enacting a constitution, seeking transitional justice, and placing armed forces under civilian government control in the future.
