PSLF/TNLA completely captured Mongmit as the third city
On August 1, the Palaung State Liberation Front/ Ta'ang National Liberation Army (PSLF/PNLA) stated that all the military bases under the Tactical Operation Commander of the No. 348 Light Infantry Battalion (LIB-348), and No. 223 and 256 Infantry Battalion (IB 223 and 256) of No. 21 - Operations Command Headquarters (OCH-21) (Northern Command) of military regime in Mongmit township, Brigade 3 area of Ta'ang State had been completely captured and controlled by the afternoon of July 31st.
The statement contained that as the second wave of the 1027 operation, the military bases in Mongmit were attacked since June 27th, and four weeks later, all departmental offices, including the military bases and police stations, were occupied
The PSLF/TNLA has captured Nawnghkio and Mongmit during the second wave of the 1027 operation, and has captured Mongmit as the third city.

Mandalay Region Interim Political Arrangement
The "Mandalay Region Interim Political Arrangement" (draft) has been written with 12 chapters and will soon be adopted. The NUG announced on March 7 that Khun Bedu Htan, one of the deputy ministers of the National Unity Government (NUG) Ministry of Human Rights, had been granted leave from his duties.
PSLF Declares Meeting in Kunming Unsuccessful Despite Three Discussion Points
On February 19, the Palaung State Liberation Army (PSLF/TNLA) announced that although three points, including a ceasefire, were requested and discussed during the meeting where both sides’ troops met, the discussions were difficult. As a result, it was concluded that the meeting would only end with an agreement to meet again under the leadership of Mr. Deng Xijun, the special envoy of the Chinese government.
Chinland Council Prioritizes Local Government Strengthening Principle
On February 2, the Chinland Council issued a statement declaring that the strengthening of regional governments, starting from the Chinland Government, will align with the federal union model, and the Chinland Government will work together to build a federal union in accordance with the guidelines of the national government.
